Established in 1951, KAJIMOTO (formerly Kajimoto Concert Management) has been engaged in managing leading classical artists and presenting concerts, tours and events for over half a century.

Each year, KAJIMOTO is involved in approximately 3,000 concerts by top international artists, orchestras, and ensembles. We also represent around 200 Japanese artists, both in Asia and a select small number are represented worldwide.

In 2001, the year of our 50th anniversary, we opened our first overseas office in Paris to bridge the gap between our collaborators in Europe and the US and Japan. In a further view to the future, our first office in China opened in Shanghai in 2005 and was followed by the establishment of our Beijing office in 2011. The close cooperation between these three bases gives us a global perspective and allows us to present many international collaborations such as opera productions with the Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris, the ‘Folle journée’ festivals in Tokyo and other cities in Japan, many pan-Asian tours by leading international orchestras and the ARK NOVA project in collaboration with the Lucerne Festival.
